If no character finds the address, Shaun dies after a brief cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (in-game event). Saving Shaun requires at least one character to reach the warehouse.

Shake the controller up-and-down, then find an instrument to break the grate. Use the long iron pole to the right.

Position the pole by tapping Down, then shove down three times to break the lock.

Mash [O] until a controller prompt appears, then shove up to push the grate aside.

Lift Shaun out by tapping Down and mashing [X].

Perform CPR: Hold R1, then L1, and shove the controller down three times to restart his heart.

Blow air into his lungs: Hold L1 and Down. Repeat this process twice.

The killer appears and offers Ethan the chance to kill him. Press R1 to oblige, or let him walk away.

Carry Shaun to the other end of the warehouse, set him down, and open the door.

Pull Shaun out of the water and perform CPR as described for Ethan.

The killer attacks Jayden. Mash [O], then mash [X].

Tap Right, then Right again, then Left. The final Left tap is crucial; failing it results in Jayden's death.

Succeeding allows Jayden to grab the gun and pursue the killer to the rooftops.

Follow the sequence of commands for the fight: Shove down, Shake up-and-down, R1, [Triangle], [Square], L1, Down, Left, Down, [Triangle], [Square], [O], Up, Shove down, Right, Mash [X].

Part two commands: Counterclockwise from the right, L1, Mash [Triangle], Mash [X], Shove up, Shove down, [Square], [O], Shove up, Up, Shove down.

Part three commands: Right, Counterclockwise from the right, Right, Left, Down, Shove up, Clockwise from the left.

If Jayden survives, the killer is hanging and begs for help. To save him, perform: L1, Mash [Triangle], Mash [X]. Succeeding earns the "Simple Mind" Trophy.

Your goal is to grab the pole at the killer's feet. Lower his guard by selecting calm conversation options like "Understanding" and "Calm". Aggressive options make him hostile.

After at least four conversation options, press Down to pick up the pole.

Immediately shove the controller down twice to knock him out. Missing either command results in death.

Rescue Shaun and perform CPR (two shoves to break the lock this time).

The killer gets up. Hold R1, L1, and [X] to get up. He kicks you down again. Hold R1 and L1, shake up-and-down, and tap R1 to break free. Failing these commands results in death.

If successful, Madison escapes to the roof, and the killer follows.

Chase sequence commands: [X], [Triangle], Mash [X], Down, Down, Down.

Navigate through crates by tapping Left, Up, or Right at intersections.
