You start in the garden. Follow it downwards and take a left at the corner with the tree. Ignore the red jars for now. Follow both sets of stairs and enter the blue door at the top (3rd level).

You will enter the Castle Bedroom. Walk over to the clothes on the bed and put them on. The clock on the left is your save point. You can examine the portrait, fireplace, and the television on the lower level. Examine the closet behind the bed to change costumes.

Return to the courtyard. Go down the stairs by one level and walk through the archway. Kick the triangle of jars; one contains the Medallion. Sparkling objects around the Castle are items.

Return through the archway and go down to the bottom level via the stairs. Turn right. Kick the red jar for Magnesia, a weapon to place on the ground.

Return to the base of the stairs and go left towards the cages. The first jar is empty. Open the enclosure door to pick up Camomile from the floor, which restores stamina (health). Note the rabbit escaping to the north if you intend to complete lists.

Return up the stairs to the bedroom. Go through the door next to the fireplace. Ignore the north door for now and go down the nearby stairs. Turn right into the small storage area. Kick the jar for Antimony Powder, a weapon to throw at pursuers to stun them.

Return up the stairs and take the north door to a curved colonnade. Run all the way around, ignoring the first locked door. Slow down near the door at the end of the corridor to avoid triggering an unprepared cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically). Enter the door on the right.

You are in a small study. The desk in the lit alcove is locked. Examine the blackboard to learn about Luminessants. Pick up Lavender from the table, which reduces panic slowly.

Go back to the corridor and carry on down the hallway to trigger a cutscene.
