What are Lost Spirits?

These are the spectral remnants of the people who disappeared during the 'Great Vanishing.' They're scattered all over Tokyo, and collecting them is a primary way to gain experience points (XP) and uncover more of the story. You'll often find them in clusters or along specific paths, and they give off a faint glow, making them somewhat easier to spot.

What is Katashiro?

Katashiro are the special paper talismans that KK, your spectral partner, gives you. You use these to absorb the Lost Spirits. Each Katashiro can hold a certain number of spirits. Once a Katashiro is full, you'll need to find a Phone Booth to transfer the spirits from the Katashiro into your inventory. These Phone Booths act as safe zones where you can also upgrade your gear and abilities.

How to Collect Lost Spirits:

• Locate Them: Keep an eye out for glowing wisps in the environment. They often congregate in alleys, on rooftops, or around significant landmarks. Your spectral vision can help highlight them.
• Use Katashiro: Approach a cluster of Lost Spirits and interact with your Katashiro. Akito will absorb them.
• Fill the Katashiro: Continue collecting spirits until the Katashiro is full. You'll see a visual indicator when this happens.
• Transfer at a Phone Booth: Find an active Phone Booth. Interact with it to transfer the spirits from your full Katashiro. This is crucial, as you can't collect more spirits until you do.
