Objective 6: Reach the Palacio Nationale

Guide your Ghost Gunners squad to the Palacio Nationale. Learn how to use your M1 tank support and clear out enemy forces to reach your objective.

Alright, new objective: we need to get to the Palacio Nationale. We're coming in from the east, and thankfully, we've got an M1 tank rolling with us. Let's get this done.

First things first, head over to your tank. Get it moving into the plaza. If you didn't already clear out those enemy tanks to the east with John Hume, have your tank take care of them now. Once that's sorted, order your tank to advance. Keep your squad on 'Regroup' and stick close behind the tank as it moves.

The tank's gonna make a right turn south, then a left turn east, heading straight for the palace. When it turns east, it's time for us to get a bit more hands-on. Stop the tank for a moment and engage the enemies directly in front of it to the east. There are quite a few of them, so take cover and pick them off. If you're not getting a clear shot from where you are, order the tank to push up a bit further and follow it closely. Once the tank is positioned to the left of the enemy cluster, you can move up to the Palace wall. Peek around the corner and take out all those enemy troops. It can be a bit of a firefight, so stay sharp.

Once the immediate area is clear, make your way towards the objective marker. But be warned, as soon as you get close, a whole bunch of enemy troops are gonna pour out of the main entrance. Here's the play: get prone right in front of the door and just watch it. As the rebels start coming out, pop them in the head. It's pretty straightforward from here, just keep your aim steady and clear them out one by one.
