Alright, so you've made it into the train station. HQ's just chimed in, telling you that you need to blow up Guardrail IX. First things first, we need to head west through this station.

Keep moving west and go through a door on the right side of the lobby to get into the next big area. Watch out, because there are two enemies on the far side of the wall and two more chilling up in the windows. Use the train near the entrance for cover, and carefully peek around the corner. You'll find a bunch of rebel troops in the next area, and how you want to handle them is pretty much up to you. I'd steer clear of the catwalks, though – the guys on the ground will shred you if you go up there.

Your best bet is to stick to the ground, moving from cover to cover. Remember to keep an eye on those windows for more enemies. Push west through all the containers until you're forced to go up some stairs. Head up and through the door into the next area, which has the kit container you're looking for. This area is clear of enemies, so just head straight for the container and grab a new weapon. I highly recommend picking up the sniper rifle; it'll definitely come in handy for the rest of this mission.
