This guide covers the walkthrough for the first two levels of the game: "Gauntlet" and "A Lone Survivor." The walkthrough was written based on Medium difficulty, where enemies deal more damage and are harder to defeat than on Easy, but less so than on Hard.

- Operation: Deliverance

- 4Objective: Get out of the street.
- 5Follow your squad, using tyre stacks for cover.
- 6At the burnt-out bus, a bomb will destroy your squad; deal with the Hybrids by keeping distance, using short bursts, and strafing.
- 7Continue down the street, turn right, then right again by the fire. Watch for another Hybrid.
- 8Turn right, follow soldiers across the roundabout and down the sloping road.
- 9After more explosions, go between barricades and vehicles to reach a checkpoint.

- 11Objective: Catch up to Baker Company.
- 12Crouch by the wall and eliminate the Hybrid on the upper floor of the house across the street.
- 13Run into the street, take cover behind a stone roadblock. Deal with the Hybrid that jumps down and ignore the two on the far left for other soldiers.
- 14Enter the house through the doorway on the left.
- 15Note: If this is your second playthrough, the Reapers weapon will be next to wooden crates upon entering.
- 16The two rooms on the left are empty; find frag grenades and M5A2 Carbine ammo in the hallway.
- 17Go upstairs, meet soldiers, and follow them into the next room. Eliminate the two Hybrids hiding behind crates at the back.
- 18Go through the doorway where the Hybrids were, enter the room on the left in the next hallway.
- 19Wait for the Hybrid to show itself before shooting. Deal with another Hybrid to the right.
- 20Enter the room across from where you entered and drop down to the room below.
- 21Find the Intelligence Document "Guidelines" next to a dead soldier in the room behind you.
- 22Go back up the ramp, through the doorway on the right, down the steps on the left, and drop into the alley.
- 23Checkpoint
- 24Objective: Get to the bus depot.
- 25Follow the alley left to find the Bullseye weapon.
- 26Continue down the alley; near the end, three Hybrids will attack. Keep distance and use zoom.
- 27Before the end of the alley, find the "Infection" Intelligence Document in a small area past rubble and a burning car.
- 28Go past the rubble into a small square area where more Hybrids attack. Use a frag grenade if they are close together.
- 29Go through the gate behind them, then left. More Hybrids appear; soldiers will help.
- 30Find an opening in the wire fence and drop into the creek.
- 31Follow soldiers into the aqueduct, head right for a cutscene and the end of the level.

- 36Follow the soldier through the aqueduct and around the corner.
- 37Before the wooden bridge, a group of Leapers will charge. They are small, lizard-like Chimeras that charge.
Tips
- Health can be found throughout the game and restores a quarter of your health.
- Health regenerates if you are not hit for a certain period. Health is split into four bars, and a bar regenerates if even a small portion of it remains and you avoid damage.
- Intelligence Documents provide skill points and rewards but offer no other advantage.
