One Woman Army

Start in the cabin. Head in both directions to eliminate bandits. Use Isabelle's cat (her feline companion) to cause a distraction, then take down the bandits.

Go west by walking on the tree log and climbing train cars. Take down the three enemies ahead by knocking out the bandit near the train, connecting him (using Isabelle's ability to link enemies for simultaneous takedowns) with the Gunman below, and finishing them.

Proceed downwards, hide behind rocks, and use the cat to distract the enemy ahead before taking him down.

Climb the train again and jump from car to car to reach the two guards near the end. Connect these two bandits and leap from the train to kill them while the Long Coat guard looks away.

Rush towards the bushes while the Long Coat and a bandit look away. Connect the Long Coat with the enemy near the crane and set the cat to distract the Gunman near the train.

Quickly execute the enemy near the crane and distract the Gunman. Connect the downed Long Coat with the distracted Gunman and kill the Long Coat.

Return to the starting area and proceed west. Crouch and wait for the Poncho in the sniper point to look away, then rush and climb the vines to safely dispatch him.

Hide in the bushes ahead and defeat the two enemies near the rock. Use the cat to distract the Gunman near the campfire and connect him with the other enemy, then take them down.

Distract the bandit behind the table with the cat and take down both enemies. Advance to the train where a hostage situation is occurring.

Connect the two enemies near the train and knock them out (instead of killing them). Grab one knocked-out enemy and bring him near a rock. Connect him with the bandit behind the barrels. Use the cat to distract the bandit near the rock and execute the tied guard while the bandit near the rock is distracted and the Poncho looks away.

Connect the Poncho with the bandit near the rock and defeat them, then finish the remaining enemies in the area.

Climb on the train car and proceed. Defeat the bandits on the right side of the train near the wagon, then connect and kill the two near the cliff.

Go to the other side, hide in the bushes, and kill the bandit holding hostages. Connect one of the enemies below the boulder with the Poncho near the horse, and push off the boulder to kill the three guards below.

Go uphill, climb the ladder, and defeat the patrolling bandit near the wagon. Get around the Gunman near the electricity post and kill him while other bandits are talking. Connect two bandits and use the cat to distract the Poncho near the wagon. Kill the connected enemies and return to deal with the Poncho.

Advance and kill the Gunman at the campfire. Connect the guard near the ladders with the Long Coat. Kill the guard to make the Long Coat fall to his knees, then quickly finish off the Long Coat.

Once all 42 enemies are killed, the mission will be completed.
