Special scenes throughout Danganronpa 2×2 lead to special events that unlock once viewed. You can access these scenes from the main menu by choosing a specific chapter and section, and you can save and obtain items easily for the right coin price. While every item can be found in the vending machine for 50 coins, it is cheaper to get them from the Monomono Machine, making this best done after you are done with the game.

  • Coconut Party
    Obtain the "Replica Sword" and go to Chapter 1. Talk to Kazuichi by the main gate when Byakuya asks everyone to go to the park.
  • Preparing for Girls-Only Gathering
    Obtain the "An An Aan" and talk to Mahiru when she is in front of the hotel on the beginning of Day 2 in Chapter 1. Choose to show it to her to be invited.
  • Mahiru and Hiyoko Bathing
    Obtain a "Man's Nut" and then in Chapter 2, talk to Mahiru with the "Man's Nut" item when she and Hiyoko go off to the shower.
  • Akane and Nekomaru's Massage
    Obtain the "R/C 4WD Battler Taro" and head to Chapter 3. Play until you reach the hospital room with Fuyuhiko. Talk to Kazuichi (and Kazuichi only!) when you get a chance to talk to someone to go see this scene.
  • Jam Session
    Obtain the "Toy Camera" and head to Chapter 3. On Day 2 outside of the hotel, talk to Hiyoko and choose to participate to get this scene later.
  • Fireworks with Yukata
    Obtain the "Summer Festival Tree" and head to Chapter 3. On Day 2 outside of the hotel, talk to Ibuki and agree to get this scene automatically later.

  • Items can be purchased from the vending machine for 50 coins, but the Monomono Machine is cheaper.
