Your first objective here is to clear out enemies from a distance, especially if you're aiming to complete the 'Kill Enemy With A Sniper Rifle' goal. Use your AWP to pick off as many hostiles as you can from the tunnel's cover. This makes the actual rescue much smoother.

Once you've dealt with the sniper goal (or if you decide to skip it for now), it's time to switch tactics and gear. Drop the AWP and grab a Colt.

Now, let's try a different route. From your spawn point again, go straight ahead. This time, take the left path at the fork.

Continue straight on this left path. You'll see a set of stairs on your left side – head up them.

Push forward into the door you see and make your way down into the cellar.

Eventually, you'll emerge from the cellar and find yourself under a bridge. Take a left turn here and follow the stairs leading upwards.

You'll now see a large house directly in front of you. This is where the hostages are.

There are a total of 4 hostages inside: 2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs. Your job is to get them all.

Once you've secured all the hostages, you need to backtrack. Head back the way you came, making sure to go under the bridge again and through the cellar, all the way back to your original spawn point.

Tips

Using the AWP from the market tunnel is great for clearing enemies early and working towards specific objectives, but be aware that enemies might push you if you stay there too long.
The left path after the initial spawn offers more direct access to the house, but can be more heavily defended. Be ready for a fight.
Don't forget to check both floors of the house for all 4 hostages. Missing even one means you won't complete the mission successfully.
The route back to spawn is just as important as the route in. Keep your wits about you, as enemies might have repositioned.
