Alright, let's talk about the Ascend map in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. This map can be a bit tricky, but knowing where the Hardpoints spawn and how to approach them is key to winning. Think of this as your personal cheat sheet for Ascend.

Hardpoint Breakdown:

1. First Hardpoint: This one pops up in the room on the left side of the map. Your best bet is to come at it from the east, through the middle hallway. This way, you can avoid getting absolutely shredded by enemies already posted up on the structure overlooking both hallways.
2. Second Hardpoint: For this point, you'll want to approach from the north. Most enemies will be expecting trouble from the south or the left hallway because that's where the respawn point is. Use this to your advantage!
3. Third Hardpoint: This one's in the central lobby. It's always a tough spot to push into, but approaching from either side on the east can make it a little easier. Keep your eyes peeled for enemies chilling on top of the pillars in this area – they can catch you off guard.
4. Fourth Hardpoint: You'll find this one way out in the southwest corner. Seriously, the best way to get here is via the catwalk on the south side. Trying to come from the north is basically a suicide mission, so stick to the south approach.
5. Fifth Hardpoint: This last point is located on the catwalks directly underneath the third Hardpoint. You can approach from either the north or south, but be aware that a good chunk of this area is pretty exposed to anyone up on the level above.
