Clan Capital Raid Week Attack Strategies

Master Clan Capital Raid Weekends! Learn attack strategies, troop deployment, and how to earn Capital Gold and Raid Medals with this beginner-friendly guide.

Hey Chief! Ready to dive into Clan Capital Raid Weekends? It's where your clan really shines, going head-to-head with other clans to earn awesome rewards like Capital Gold and Raid Medals. Think of it as your clan's main event for battling! When do Raid Weekends happen? They kick off every Friday at 7am UTC and wrap up on Monday at the same time. So, you've got the whole weekend to plan and attack! Getting Started with Raids First off, your Clan Capital needs to have its Capital Hall upgraded to at least level 2. Once that's done, a leader, co-leader, or elder can get your clan signed up for Raids. The goal is simple: destroy the enemy clan's Capital. Don't worry, the clan you attack won't be attacking yours back – it's a one-way street for attacks during the weekend. Once you finish a raid, you'll be matched up for another one right away, until the weekend is over. Just remember, your clan can only have one raid going at a time, but multiple clans can attack the same enemy capital simultaneously. How Attacking Works To completely win a Raid on a Clan Capital, you've got to take down all its districts and the Capital Peak. You can't even touch the Capital Peak until all the lower districts are cleared out. Here's the cool part: districts are tough and usually need more than one attack. Any damage you do sticks around! Buildings, Walls, and even defending troops that survive an attack will keep their remaining health for the next go. Traps? They don't re-arm themselves, and any revealed Hidden Mega Teslas stay revealed. Defending troops will respawn if their defense post is still standing, otherwise, they'll just hang out where they were. Pro-Tip: Don't sweat troop training! You can swap your army anytime you're not in battle, and it costs zero resources and zero time. Plus, everyone in your clan gets the same troop and spell levels, based on your Clan Capital's Barracks and Spell Factories. Pretty neat, right? Each player gets five attacks per Raid Weekend. If you're the one to finally finish off a district, you'll get an extra attack! But, if you just finish off a district that someone else already damaged, no bonus attack for you. Important Note: You can only join one clan's Raid Weekend at a time, and a clan can have a max of 50 players participating. Once you attack with one clan, you're locked in for that weekend. Defending Your Capital Your clan's defensive layouts are set when you get matched with an opponent. You can even set up different defensive layouts than your active ones to keep enemies guessing and prevent them from copying your strategies. Upgrading defenses? They'll still work during the upgrade, but any ruins being rebuilt won't block enemies or count towards 100% destruction. Deployment Zones: Where to Drop Your Troops This is a bit different from your Home Village or Builder Base. In the Clan Capital, your deployment zone changes as you attack a district. Here's the deal: * Every intact building (except Hidden Mega Teslas) creates a 'no-deploy zone' that extends 4 tiles out from its edges. * You can deploy on any tile where a ground troop can walk from a starting zone to that tile without going through no-deploy zones or breaking Walls. Watch Out: Unlike other villages, your troops can't just sneak around the edges of the district. Spells like Jump Spells and Frost Spells can help you reach new areas and expand your deployment options!
