Basically, you need to get your hands on a Dead Wire Ammo Mod, slap it on a weapon, and then go find yourself some of those nastier zombie types to zap. Here's the breakdown:

1. Find a Dead Wire Ammo Mod.
2. Craft a Dead Wire Ammo Mod (if you have the formula).
3. Apply it to your weapon.
4. Shock 25 regular zombies (this usually happens naturally).
5. Now for the main event: Shock 5 Special Zombies!

The biggest hurdle here is getting that Dead Wire Ammo Mod. Your best bet for farming these is by clearing out Aether Nests. These are those small, infected buildings you'll see scattered around. They drop decent loot, including Ammo Mods and even the formulas to craft them. There's a good one near the Orlov Military Base that's super convenient because there's a Buy Station right next to it – perfect for grabbing a mask if you need one before diving in.

You can also sometimes find Ammo Mods in Merc Caches, which are those beeping, crystal-covered containers. Keep an ear out and an eye peeled!
