How to Play MW3 Multiplayer Early

To play MW3 Multiplayer Early, there are a few tricks you need to do. This is largely only available for Xbox users using the New Zealand Trick, but, there are some solutions for PlayStation players coming later.

Xbox Users:

1. Go to Xbox Settings > System > Language & Location
2. Select English (New Zealand) as Language Region
3. Select New Zealand as your Location
4. Restart your Xbox

Xbox and PlayStation Players (Activision Account Change):

1. Log into your Activision account
2. Go to Profile > Basic Info
3. Select Edit next to the address
4. Change the location to New Zealand or any other location in which region has hit midnight.

With both the Xbox and Activision accounts synced, you should be able to trick the system into thinking you are part of the 10th November gang. You should now be able to play MW3 Multiplayer Early.

PlayStation Users (Additional Step):

1. Look for a friend in a multiplayer lobby. This can either be someone who is in the region where the multiplayer is live for either console or via an Xbox player playing multiplayer early you have as a cross-platform friend.
2. Join their multiplayer lobby in progress, or join their open lobby and enter the firing range.
3. If you’re in the firing range, have the party leader kick you, and you can get your won lobby.
4. If you join a lobby in progress via the friend list, you should be auto-put into more lobbies in the future to continue playing.

PlayStation users should have their Activision account changed to try this strategy. It will allow them to join the lobby despite the inability to change their console’s region.

PC Players:

1. Go in game. Hit MW2MP.
2. Let it load the black screen and wait 2 seconds before you end task on COD HQ or Alt f4.
3. Relaunch and you should be in the COD MW3 MP Lobby.
