Objective 9 : Regroup with Captain Foley and get in the car

This part of the mission, Dawnville, can get a little hairy with enemy soldiers. After you grab the Panzerfaust, it's a good idea to switch back to your Carbine. You'll likely face two waves of German soldiers. One might jump over the wall to the left of the church exit, and another will come from the direction of the tank. The ones coming over the wall are the main threat, as they can surprise your squad. They tend to come in single file, so they're manageable. After dealing with them, take out any remaining shooters near the defenses before you worry about the tank.

When the tank starts attacking, you'll want to avoid getting left behind. To do this, instinctively run from the mortar fire towards the overhang where you picked up health. Keep moving towards the alley without stopping. As you run, switch from your gun to a grenade and toss one into the alley. This is way better than waiting for soldiers to show up and risking damage.

Trying to go behind the tank can be risky because you're exposed to those respawning soldiers. Instead, it's safer to clear out the area around the tank first. Wait until the gunner on the tank stops firing, and then make a break for the church. This route is generally less vulnerable.
