Follow this Borderlands walkthrough to find all five Claptrap Parts in the Hyperion Dump for the 'Are You From These Parts?' mission. Includes chest locations.
Walkthrough
- 1After Fast Traveling to Tartarus Station, meet Patricia Tannis. Exit her lair and find a nearby [SILVER CHEST]. To find a [RED CHEST], go northwest and follow the cliff wall, shimmying down to reach it.
- 2Head northeast to the Hyperion Dump. Start by going south and destroying the Gatling Turret on the tower. Explore the bandit village for supplies.
- 3Head down the trail towards the east side of the dump. Pass the watchtower near the pirate ship (or climb it for a [SILVER CHEST]) and follow the walkway on the right. At the top, find the first [CLAPTRAP PART] next to a broken Claptrap in a building.
- 4Jump down and head southeast to the bandit camp in the southeast corner. Stay on the row of buildings, defeat enemies, and jump down. The second [CLAPTRAP PART] is behind a small hut.
- 5Return to the entrance area. Continue east to the map's boundary. Defeat the wave of Freaky Little Maniacs and open the [RED CHEST] near burning tires.
- 6Proceed west through Skag territory back to the entrance camp. Collect the [RED CHEST] on the roof near the southern end. The third [CLAPTRAP PART] is on the ground in the middle of the campsite.
- 7Head north past the Hyperion Dump entrance. At the fork, take the left path and continue up the northern trail. The fourth [CLAPTRAP PART] is half submerged in a shallow puddle near a New-U Pole.
- 8Go to the northern end of the Hyperion Dump. You'll find Hyperion Guards and Soldiers fighting evil Claptraps. Look for Stabby Claptraps, which are weak melee enemies, especially to Shock damage. The final [CLAPTRAP PART] is located in this chaotic area.
Tips
- DLC packs adjust to your character's level, so you can play at any point after Level 10.
- Enemy names may change in this DLC; previous enemies will be referred to by their Playthrough 2 names (e.g., Bandit Outlaws are Goons).
- Stabby Claptraps are weak and vulnerable to Shock damage.
