    After the introduction and talking to your friend, go to the Green Chest on the right and press Up to open it. Collect the Knife and Kung Fu Shoes (#1 on the map).

    Open your menu, select Equipment, and equip one of the collected weapons. Practice with each to find your preferred style.

    After backing out of the menu and finishing the next conversation, an enemy Seama will attack.
