Hey there, Freelancer! So, you're diving into Anthem and wondering about all those quests popping up? Don't sweat it! Most of the time, quests in Anthem are just missions, and the game does a pretty good job of holding your hand through them. You'll be matched with three other players online (or you can squad up with your friends), and your main job is to follow those handy Quest Markers, interact with a few things, stick with your team, and, of course, blast some monsters. Honestly, that's the core of it!

The game is designed to be pretty intuitive, so you won't usually be stuck on complex puzzles. The only exception might be those color puzzles you'll occasionally run into. If you see one, don't panic! Just take a moment to explore the immediate area. You'll usually find markings near the door that'll clue you into the correct color sequence.

Think of it this way: the game basically walks you through the campaign. It's not a bad thing at all, just a way to ease you into the world of Anthem.

You can keep track of everything in your Journal tab. Here, you'll see both your current and completed quests. Keep in mind that not every entry is a full-blown mission. Some are story-based objectives, like the very first one, 'Welcome to Fort Tarsis,' where your main goal is simply to explore the area and chat with the locals.

Anthem categorizes its quests into a few types:

• Critical Objectives: These are usually the main story missions that push the campaign forward.
• Agent Quests: These are typically side quests offered by various characters in Fort Tarsis.
• Agent Contracts: These are repeatable missions that offer rewards and help you gain experience and resources.
• Feats: These are smaller, often passive objectives that you complete during missions or freeplay, like getting a certain number of headshots or reviving teammates.
