Ensure garages are present in residential areas and at key destinations like industrial zones, ports, and entertainment districts. Consider placing garages at the end of dead-end roads or away from busy intersections to mitigate traffic congestion. Building a garage near a new construction site, set to high priority, can significantly improve construction efficiency by allowing workers to return to the office faster.

For larger islands or when resources are spread out, consider building bypass roads to circumvent congested city centers, especially for Teamster deliveries.
