- 1The agent is activated as a first-wave Division agent following the Green Poison outbreak. Your initial mission is to escort local community leaders to safety alongside fellow agent Sarah Kelly as New York descends into anarchy.
- 2After securing the leaders, you learn that Joint Task Force members have been overwhelmed and their heavy weaponry stolen by assailants attacking Trinity Hospital.
- 3Work your way through the New York Stock Exchange and reach Trinity Hospital. You'll find civilians have been taken hostage by gang members and moved to Liberty Island.
- 4Secure the remaining hospital occupants and push towards Liberty Island's cargo yard. Your companion agent, Sarah Kelly, is injured, leaving you to proceed alone.
- 5Onboard a docked ferry, confront and take down the gang's leader, Jax. You are forced to jump off the ship when Jax detonates explosives.
- 6You wake up at the Base of Operations in Midtown. It's revealed that most first-wave Division agents are dead or went AWOL, leaving you as one of the few survivors.
- 7While a second wave of agents has handled many emerging threats, new challenges remain for you to assist with.
