Switch to another character. Head left and then across to a Pile of Bones to pick up a Femur.

Keep heading down, grab another Cave Painting, and then go through the dog house. This will lead you to the area under the house where you need to turn the Steam Valve.

With the steam off, the Twins can now grab the Rat Poison from the cellar.

Place the Twins near the Pot of Soup. Now, use the femur to taunt the Guard Dog and distract Mummy. While she's busy, quickly pour the poison into the soup.

Finally, head upstairs and use the faucet.
