The Island

Follow this walkthrough for The Cave to successfully get through The Island section, including the Creamed Corn objective and dealing with the Hermit.

Alright, so you've made it to 'The Island' section of The Cave, and the first thing you'll notice is that the water is gone. Time to get back to that boat you used earlier. Hop on, pull that Lever, and start pushing the boat until it stops under the balloon. Keep an eye out for another Water Valve nearby – use it, and then push the boat all the way out to the ocean. Uh oh, looks like the Hermit has decided to join your ride. We'll have to deal with him.

Now, you'll need to use the valves inside the cave to guide the boat over to the right side of the island. Once you're there, head back to where those powder kegs were. Grab the Femur and make your way to the Hermit's shack. Drop the Femur off next to Spanky. After that, grab the Box of Crackers from the east side of the ocean. Find the Parrot, which is usually hanging out by the first flag. Use the crackers on the parrot, and he'll land on your shoulder. Now, head back to the shack and use the femur to get Spanky to bark into it, recording his sound. Take this recording to the Hermit. Once the Hermit is out of the picture, you can hop back on the boat and set sail!
