The Lost Boy: Early in the chapter, after some wall runs and jumping over a river, take a detour to the left. Follow the rock face up and over stigma vines, then drop down. The collectible is in a box with a note on it after climbing the next rock face.

Lost Liquor: After crossing the river and dealing with the first stigma, look for a cave in the back of the area. The collectible is a note on a crate to the left before entering the cave.

Lieutenant Laurent: Blast open the cave past the previous note to find a health line. Then, stick to the path going up the big rock face. When you reach the ground and see a web, turn right before using it. The collectible is a note on a stack of dressers.

The Babblin' Boy: After crossing the river on floating logs, find a small cave on the far left before going down the main path. Remove the wood and look inside the cave for a note on a crate.

Baby Face by Laurent: Use the ghost pieces of the bridge to cross the next river, watching out for stigma vines. On the other side, turn left and look for a note on another crate.

Lil Drunkards at Burrower's: Go back to the main path. Right before the path turns left, there is a hollowed-out tree. The collectible is a note inside.

End Of Prohibition: After clearing the next arena and defeating King the Stigma, continue along the path. Halfway under the big tree on the right side, there is a note.

Boy Out of Time: After the previous note, go right past the tree and stay to the right. You'll see a small shelter with stairs. The note is on the big box.

Heart of Lace: After the cutscene at Laurent's, go back into the bar and up the stairs. The collectible is a note on some crates at the end.

Treatment: Exit the bar and head towards town. Stay on the straight path and keep going straight where it splits. Enter the first house on the right after the path splits. The note is on the table in the middle of the room.

A Mother’s Last Words: In the same house as the previous collectible, look at the bed frame next to the door. The collectible is there, either behind or in front of you depending on which door you entered.

Everything Helps: Exit the house and walk back along the path to the road split. Take the right-hand turn from the last house. On the path, there will be a bulletin board and a sawmill with a billboard. Go back to the right at the broken-down building where the path splits. Inside, on the right side, a note is on a crate.

A Father’s Job: Move on from the last note and defeat the stigma. After the battle, go to the cleared safe place in the area. The collectible is inside.

A Penny Saved: Proceed until you talk to the catfish and enter the sawmill. On the second floor, grapple to another part to get back inside. Break the barrier to your left, then walk along the path until you reach another breakable barrier. The note is on the table inside the room.

Maintaining Productivity: The collectible before this one leads to the office connected to this room. Inside, there will be a flap, and the chapter's last note will be on the desk.
