CHAPTER 4, PART 2 - MEETING LISA & TOLUCA MALL
DR KAUFMANN'S OFFICE
After a speech on guilt, you will be presented with a scenario involving Prince Wilhelm, Princess Celestine, King Harold, and a Bull. You must arrange figurines representing these characters from most guilty to least guilty in Celestine's death. The game provides context for each character's potential guilt: the Bull for instinctual charging, King Harold for prioritizing protocol over his daughter's wishes, Wilhelm for forcing the marriage, and Celestine for ignoring warnings.
Kaufmann will continue talking after your decision.
LISA'S APARTMENT
Leave Lisa's apartment and proceed towards the metal doors. Pull them aside and go through the door behind them.
STREETS OF SILENT HILL
Go straight ahead. When you reach a fence on your left, jump over it. Jump onto the blue container on the left and enter the window at the top.
TOLUCA MALL
Enter the door in front of you, leading to an office. Go around the corner and Michelle will text you. If you wish to achieve the Love Lost ending, call her back, though it is not mandatory.
Check the photocopier on the left to find the MEMENTO: Synthetic Femur.
Proceed through the next door into a storage room. You will hear a crashing sound, but it is not a threat. Go right and down the stairs, then ascend the stairs on the opposite side. Go through the door at the top, continue up more stairs, and pass through the door at the very top. Head straight forward and attempt to enter the mall.
Lisa will call. You must answer. She will express that she is not feeling well and that there is blood everywhere. If you intentionally gave her the wrong pill, she will say, "What have you done?" Regardless, she will eventually hang up, and you must return to her apartment to check on her. If you call her back, she will answer with faint, ragged breathing, or she may tell you to hurry.
Turn 180 degrees and cross the bridge on the right. On one of the bridges outside Toluca Mall, look over the edge to find UFO #8 on the ground below.
Enter the double doors on this side. Turn left, go under the shutter, and through the door. Descend the escalators and go through the doors marked with an EXIT sign.
STREETS OF SILENT HILL
Once outside, turn left and go around the corner. Hug the right wall and enter the door to return to the apartment building. Go through the door opposite into Lisa's room.
You will experience a cutscene.
NOTE: If you gave Lisa the correct pill, she will still be alive when you arrive, though not for long. If you gave her the wrong pill, she will be dead and surrounded by blood. The jar containing the incorrect pill will be on the table, with some pills in her hand, indicating she realized her mistake before dying.
CHAPTER 4, PART 3 - NIGHTMARE MALL & CLOSED MALL
Save your game if desired, then exit the apartment. Go through the double doors straight ahead to be outside.
- Go straight forward until you have the opportunity to turn left. Do so, jump the gap ahead, and go through the double doors. Go under the ice wall and through the doors.
- Jump down the ledge ahead and run to the other side. Climb up and go through the door ahead. Proceed through the next door and up the ledge ahead. Take the flare, use it if necessary, and go up the stairs. Follow them around until you reach a ledge; climb it and go through the door at the top.
- Go through the next door.
