Walkthrough
- 1From the shack near town, collect shells.
- 2Head to the next shack to get ammo, health, armor, and the keycard.
- 3Exit and defeat Rocketeers, Kamikazes, and Kleers.
- 4Face the ruins and go to the far left. Use the keycard to open a door and collect pills, C4, armor, and secret health (6/8) under a crane.
- 5Return to the ruins and enter the Egyptian door for health and armor.
- 6Back out and find another tablet near a gateway with a no entry sign.
- 7Translate the tablet and go to the metal door. Use the keycard to collect health, armor, and ammo.
- 8Advance and kill a Kleer, followed by Gnaars, more Kleers, and Antaresian Juveniles.
- 9Continue to the area with pillars, defeat Rocketeers and Soldiers, and collect health, armor, and ammo.
- 10Proceed into the next corridor, defeat more Antaresian Juveniles, and grab supplies.
- 11Kill an Antaresian Juvenile that emerges from the sand.
- 12Go through the metal door.
- 13A Kleer will attack; defeat it.
- 14Enter the next area; the door locks behind you. Kill Juveniles and take pills.
- 15Find a tablet on the floor in front of the pills.
- 16Go around the building, collecting health, armor, and ammo while killing more Juveniles.
- 17Defeat two Adult Arachnoids, then another one, collecting health and assault rifle ammo.
- 18Face a Minor Mech, Soldiers, Hatchling Arachnoids, and Gnaars; defeat them all.
- 19Advance and kill more Juveniles.
- 20Collect rockets, health, and armor to the left of the entrance, and armor, shells, and health to the right.
- 21Continue towards the sphinx, collecting health and armor between its paws.
- 22Read the tablet and back up.
- 23Defeat Minor Mechs, Kamikazes, and Bulls.
- 24Go around the sphinx and defeat Juveniles, Kamikazes, and Kleers.
- 25After all monsters are dead, Sam will call HQ. Grab C4 if needed.
- 26Place C4 on the glowing red spots on the sphinx's sides.
- 27Jump into the hole after the riddle is solved.
- 28Proceed down the passage into a dark room with pillars. Hit the switch on the far side.
- 29Run onto the small square in the middle as it rises.
- 30Jump to the lowered pillar and rise to the hole.
- 31Continue down the next passage.
- 32Jump into the next room, cross it, and hit the switch.
- 33Turn around and run into the alcove before getting crushed.
- 34Go up the stairs into the corridor.
- 35Face the left side of the corridor to find a hidden passage.
- 36Enter to find a secret ghost hall (7/8) and a Devastator.
- 37Exit and continue.
- 38Jump down into the next room. The door across is locked.
- 39Turn left and go through the door.

- 41Go across the room and take the Mutilator.
- 42Exit and go to the locked door; the Mutilator will unlock it.
- 43Go up the elevator. A cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) will play.
- 44After the cutscene, turn around and go through the door.
- 45Kill a Rocketeer, then two more in subsequent passages.
- 46Exit the pyramid.
- 47Sam calls HQ. Take supplies and start defeating Beheaded and Gnaars.

- 49Find secret health (8/8) next to a locked metal door in a small passage on the opposite side from the pyramid.
- 50Survive the battle against Kleers, Minor Mechs, and eventually three Major Mechs.
- 51Use the cannon on the Major Mechs and the assault rifle and Mutilator on others.
- 52A helicopter will take Sam to the next level.

Walkthrough
- 1At the start, turn around to find a secret pill (1/8).
- 2After taking it, kill the attacking Kamikazes.
- 3Return to the area past the start; a cutscene will trigger.
- 4Grab health, armor, rockets, and assault rifle ammo.
- 5Head left and climb up a broken stone wall for secret sniper rifle ammo (2/8).
- 6Use the sniper rifle on the Scrapjack and subsequent Kamikazes and Soldiers.
- 7Hop down and take supplies.
- 8Advance and defeat Soldiers, Kamikazes, Rocketeers, and a Major Mech, prioritizing the Mech.
- 9Head to the big stone archway where the Scrapjack was.
- 10Defeat more Soldiers, a Major Mech, Kleers, and Scrapjacks.
- 11Grab supplies, including a Devastator in front of the stone gate.
- 12Continue towards the temple.
- 13Defeat another Major Mech, an Adult Arachnoid, and Kleers.
- 14Go to the gate. Head left, around the wall, to find a secret lasergun (3/8).
- 15Return to the gate and go inside.
- 16Enter the room with statues.
