Explore all weapons in resident evil revelations 2, from handguns like the MPM to powerful Magnums and essential weapon parts for upgrades.

Handguns

  • MPM
  • P10
  • Samurai Edge
  • Triple Shot

The handguns are a must in every arsenal. They are versatile, pack quite a punch and are perfect for headshots (a shot that lands on the enemy's head, usually an instant kill). You’ll find plenty of Handgun ammo in every mission and overall a favorite of the author.

Shotguns

  • M147S
  • TAP194
  • Hydra
  • Drake

Shotguns are amazing for close-quarters and crowd control. These pack quite THE punch, specially if you have your target right in front of you. Shotguns are known for staggering enemies and this time around is the case as well. Its wide spread makes it easy to damage many enemies at once with a single shell.

Assault Rifles

  • AK-7
  • NSR47
  • AR High Roller

You’ve got to be familiar with Assault Rifles. These don’t have the fire rate Machine Pistols have but being full automatic makes it easy keep your finger on the trigger and empty a whole magazine in tight areas. They have decent fire power, but not as powerful as Handguns.

Machine Pistols

  • MP-AB50
  • MP-AB50G
  • Chicago Typewriter
  • MP-AF

Machine Pistols can either be your biggest blessing or your worst nightmare. They are quite weak, but have high Ammo Capacity and the Fire Rate is insane. This is good but they just eat ammo like nothing. If you don’t manage carefully your ammo you’ll find yourself in a pinch so always keep an eye out for it.

Sniper Rifles

  • M1891/30
  • SVD
  • Anti-Materiel
  • Rifle Muramasa

Snipers are awesome for long range attacks, but also for mid range, even really up close if you’re desperate. Snipers have really high Fire Power, but the Firing Rate is slow (specially the M1891/30). These are amazing for hitting two enemies with one shot, so take advantage of it. Remember to crouch whenever you use them.

Magnums

  • Model 329
  • 2005M
  • Python
  • Anaconda
  • Pale Rider

The Magnums are THE guns. Strongest weapons in the game but the lack of ammo, slow Fire Rate and low Capacity make it something to think about. Although you can never go wrong bringing one with you.

Weapon Parts

Weapon Parts are attachments that you can “attach” to your weapons to drastically improve them. You can change from the Firing Rate, Capacity and Fire Power up to adding elemental properties like Fire and Ice, among other cool abilities. You add these at the workbench while you can improve them at the toolbox, both listed in different sections.
