Begin by heading left after climbing the first ladder, then go through the door and the hole in the wall to find Mask #1 and Secret #1.

To proceed, turn on the power. In the same room, sit on the chair for Rest Your Legs #1.

After helping your friend across the spinning tube, enter the next room through the closet to find Mask #2 and Secret #2.

Later, outside, find the man in the chair on the right side of the house. Kick him for the 'Dark Tourism' trophy, sit on the chair for Rest Your Legs #2, and grab the adjacent Poster #1 and Secret #3.

Near the cart you need to fix, enter the door with the light on to find Poster #2 and Secret #4.

After using the plunger for a key, go outside and through the door with the light off. Continue forward to find Mask #3 and Secret #5.

Use the key on the left door, go downstairs, and find Rest Your Legs #3 in front of you.

After fixing the cart and crossing the bridge, head right instead of entering the tunnel. Follow the train to the end to find Coffin #1 and Secret #6.

Proceed through the tunnel. At the end of the tracks, enter the hole in the wall on the left to find Hidden Statue #1 and Secret #7.

After the ice cream truck chase, head left to find Poster #3 and Secret #8 on a trailer.

Tips

The 'Dark Tourism' trophy is unlocked by kicking the man in the chair.
The Secret Ending requires collecting all 5 Coffins in a single playthrough.
The 5th Hidden Statue only counts towards its trophy if all others are collected in the same run.
