After completing the force field maze and defeating the Extermibots and Tank, look to the right of the exit doorway. You will see a PILLAR (a tall, cylindrical structure) that you can climb. Jump across from the pillar to reach an area above the force fields. Make your way to the far right corner of this area to find a bolt.

This bolt is available during the HOVERBOARD RACE (a timed racing event). After you see the second RAMP (an inclined surface used for jumping) on the course, get onto it. Continue following the path to the end, where the bolt will be located in the middle.

[You will need the O2 MASK (an item that allows you to breathe underwater or in toxic environments) from POKITARU before you can get this bolt.] During the section in the SEWERS (an underground drainage system) where you must run to avoid drowning, after jumping across three PLATFORMS (raised flat surfaces), you will reach a narrow path. Stay on the left side of this path to continue. If you go to the right instead, you will find a BROKEN SEWER GRATE (a damaged metal covering for a drain) which you can follow upwards to find this bolt. [It is possible to get this bolt without the O2 MASK if you are fast enough. It may take some time to figure out the fastest route, but it is doable. If you succeed, you can intentionally drown yourself to respawn (appear again) at your last CHECKPOINT (a save point).]
