Head to the Fairgrounds

Begin by CRANKING THE BOLT.

Observe all the RED LIGHTS (visual indicators on the HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap), Heads-Up Display) and interact with them until they all turn GREEN.

Exit the GARAGE (your starting area).

You will learn the basics of the game here.

Engage and kill your first enemy with your OMNIWRENCH (your primary melee weapon).

Jump up to encounter two HORN TOADS (a type of enemy).

Cross the bridge.

Collect the Nanotech (a health pickup) if you need it.

Continue moving forward and defeat three HORN TOADS, followed by one more enemy up top.

Keep moving forward, killing any HORN TOADS that obstruct your path until you reach the FAIRGROUNDS (a new location).
