    Upon entering Santalune Forest, Shauna will join you and offer to heal your Pokemon. Accept her help.

    Head west through the tall grass to find an Antidote.

    Go north from the tall grass to find a Potion.

    Return to the entrance and head east. Pick up another Potion on the pathway.

    Continue east and you'll encounter friends. Speak with them if you wish.

    Shauna will stop you and demonstrate finding hidden items, giving you a Paralyze Heal.

    Head north and battle Youngster Joey (Scatterbug Lv. 3, Fletchling Lv. 3).

    After the battle, head west then south through the grass.

    Continue until you meet your rival, who will give you a Poke Ball.

    Proceed and battle Lass Anna (Pikachu Lv. 5).

    Continue south and battle Lass Lise (Weedle Lv. 2, Bunnelby Lv. 4).

    Follow the thin path east to find a Poke Ball.

    Head back and enter the next patch of tall grass to find a Potion.

    Head north out of the tall grass. Shauna will heal your Pokemon.

    Continue north to exit the forest and arrive at Route 3.

    In Route 3, talk with your friends. Your rival will give you the Adventure Rules.

    Head north and battle Preschooler Oliver (Caterpie Lv. 2, Azurill Lv. 4).

    Continue north and battle Preschooler Ella (Pichu Lv. 5).

    Head down the steps. You'll see a bush that can be Cut later.

    Head south and battle Schoolgirl Bridget (Bidoof Lv. 6).

    Head south-west down the ledges. Jump down to find a Super Potion.

    Head west then north, looping back around. You'll be stopped by Schoolboy Brighton (Pansage Lv. 3, Pansear Lv. 3, Panpour Lv. 3).

    Continue north to arrive at Santalune City.

    Enter the Pokemon Center to heal your Pokemon. A friend will appear and give you information.

    Visit the Pokemart to buy items. The available items depend on your current badge count.
