Part 4

Complete Pathologic 3 quests for Day 9, Day 10, and Day 11, including Main Quests like The Miracle of the children and The Foundation of a miracle.

Quest - Panacea black market

1. Read Younger Vlad’s letter.
2. Go to the big block of the Termitary.
3. Talk to the Haruspex.
4. Go to the 2nd floor and talk to the worms.
5. Threaten them to get information, but don't kill them.
6. Visit Older Vlad.
7. Talk to Mark Immortal to end the quest.
8. Talk to Lara, Yulia and Anna (optional).

Quest - Between Termitary and Polyhedron

1. Read Ayan’s letter at 12:00.
2. Talk to the Dogheads at Eve's house.
3. Talk to Capella, she will give you 2 feromicine tablets.
4. Give them to Taya.
5. Tell her they are from Capella to get some reputation and a free tablet.

Day 9

The army has arrived. Clothing shops now sell rifle ammo and army clothing. Prices rise again.

Main Quest - The Miracle of the children

1. Read Victor's letter.
2. Talk to Victor at his house.
3. Climb to the top of the Polyhedron.
4. Tell the Dogheads you need to enter Agate Hole.
5. Buy 1 rifle from Gryph. Buy some Tywrine from him; you need 5 bottles for tomorrow. (If your weapon inventory is full you won't be able to buy a new gun.)
6. Complete Yulia's quest to get three more rifles.
7. Give them your rifle too.
8. Give the 5 rifles to Khan.
9. Explore the Polyhedron and talk to Khan about it.

Quest - The Messenger

1. Read Aglaja’s letter.
2. Talk to her at the Cathedral.
3. Go to the Termitary and talk to the Haruspex on the second floor. He will be in the room the worms were yesterday.
4. Talk to Aglaja and tell her there were expenses to get 7,000 coins.

Quest - The Three Parcae

1. Read the letters the ladies send you in the morning.
2. Talk to Yulia and agree to help her.
3. Return to the general and tell him about Yulia.
4. He’ll send three soldiers to her house.
5. Also warn him not to kill Lara if she tries to assassinate him.
6. Return to Yulia.
7. Kill the 5 rifle men to get 3 rifles and some biscuits.
8. Talk to Yulia to receive a panacea as reward.
9. Anna and Lara also give you a Panacea each if you give Anna's gun to Lara.

Day 10

Main Quest - Clarity and focus

1. Read Aglaja's letter at midnight, or in the morning.
2. Talk to her at the Cathedral.
3. Go to Peter's house and talk to the soldiers.
4. Talk to Andrey at the pub.
5. Head to the stair way to the sky, south of Yulia's house.
6. Talk to Peter inside (he is dressed as an Executor).
7. Bring him 5 bottles of twyrine for the plans. You can buy 3 at Andrey's pub. You can also buy some from Bad Grief.
8. Tell him not to do anything stupid, you need him alive.
9. Give Aglaja the plans.

Quest - Chimera The Kain's madness

1. Read Katerina's letter at noon.
2. Talk to Rubin.
3. Talk to Maria.
4. Talk to Victor. Tell him that shutting people's mouths is expensive these days to get more money.
5. Talk to Georgiy.
6. Talk to Aglaja to get 7,000 coins.

Quest - Chimera the Pictogram

1. Read Mark’s letter at 14:00.
2. Go to the wasteland near the Bone Stake.
3. Talk to the man who looks like shop keeper.
4. Talk to Mark.
5. Go to Blok to end the quest.

Day 11

For tomorrow you will need powders, panacea, food and medicine. You can sell anything else at the end of this day, for example guns and ammo.

Main Quest - The Foundation of a miracle

1. Read Aglaja's letter at midnight or in the morning.
2. Talk to her at the Cathedral.
3. Go to the pub and talk to the steppe girl.
4. Talk to Blok.
5. Go to the station and follow the rails to the end.
6. Make a save here, just in case. There are 11 soldiers up ahead. Their leader is the soldier standing in front of the train car. Don't bother talking to him because you will wake up in the cemetery with no items.
7. Instead go up to the rocks on his right. Using the rocks, snipe the leader and his mates with your rifle.
8. Go back to the pub and talk to Stamatin.
9. Give the plans he gives you to Aglaja.

Quest - Execution

1. Talk to the children at the Town Council.
2. Head to the rocks to the south-west from the cemetery. You will see four soldiers about to shoot.
3. Get behind the closest rock and snipe them one by one.
4. It is easier to get body shots on the ones that are far away.
5. Go back to the children at the council for a reward, a Shmowder and 6 revolver ammo.

Quest - Getting ready for the Coronation

1. Read Kain's letter at 12.
2. Go and talk to Victorr.
3. Talk to Clara at the Town Council, tell her Georgiy told you.
4. Talk to Capella.
5. Talk to the people outside Maria's house.
6. Head to Nina's crypt to finish the quest.

Quest - Accusers

1. Talk to Aglaja to get this quest.
2. Talk to Khan in the Polyhedron.
3. Kill the bandit outside Younger Vlad's house and loot his body.
4. Talk to Younger Vlad to finish the quest. Before you leave his house save the game.

Day 12

The last day. Well done for making it this far. (kill yourself to get a steam achievement.)

Visit the last theatre performance before 7:00 in the morning. The Theatre will be closed later.

Main Quest - The Final Proceedings.

This quest will automatically start at 7pm at the Cathedral if: You completed all the daily quests. You found the liar on Day 6. You checked Clara's blood before releasing her. You didn't give Younger Vlad to the Termites. You didn't let Peter die on the 10th day. None of your Adherents are dead or infected.

Clara and the Haruspex will ask you to heal their Adherents. Clara is in the short block of the Termitary.
