Alright, we're heading into Chapter 13, which the guide calls "Bandits." The main objective here is to rescue some women and children without making a sound. Keep that stealth in mind!

Walkthrough

First things first, hop back into the vehicle you arrived in. Drive it forward along the tracks until you smash through a wooden barricade. Sadly, the vehicle won't survive this, so you'll need to ditch it and continue on foot.

As you move forward, you'll reach some wooden supports. Look to your left – you should spot a train car. Head inside through the open door. At the dead end inside, turn left. You'll find some Filters here, so grab 'em.

Now, turn around and follow the train car all the way to the front. When you exit, run straight ahead towards the water. Interact with the glowing pole there – this is your cue to ring a bell. This summons a boat, but it'll take about 1-2 minutes to arrive.

Warning: Ringing that bell also triggers a large group of nosalises to attack! Before you ring it, take a moment to cruise around the area and loot any corpses you see for Medkits and ammo. Once you've got what you need, ring the bell.

After ringing the bell, you absolutely need to keep moving. Use the stairs and the upper platform to create a sort of loop. This way, you can keep moving while fighting off the nosalises that start swarming in.

When the boat finally shows up, make a run for it and get on board. There'll be a cutscene.

After the scene, you'll be cruising away, but the nosalises are still on your tail. Keep shooting at them as you go to prevent them from jumping onto the boat.

Hang in there for a bit longer, and the mission will be complete.

Tips

The Commando achievement/trophy requires you to complete this Bandit level without raising an alarm. So, definitely focus on staying hidden and quiet!
Looting the corpses before ringing the bell is crucial for stocking up on supplies. Don't skip it!
Using the environment to create a loop for yourself while fighting the nosalises is key to survival. Don't just stand still.
