Find All XOF Patches in Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes

There are nine X.O.F. patches hidden throughout Camp Omega. These small, cloth sew-on badges featuring the Kojima Productions logo are usually found on the ground or low environmental objects and can be picked up by interacting with them. Collecting all nine patches in a single playthrough unlocks a bonus mission (Déjà vu for PS3/PS4 or Jamais Vu for Xbox 360/XOne) and earns you the achievement/trophy ‘Insignia’.

Walkthrough

Patch 1: Located on Snake himself. Go prone and roll from side to side 8-10 times. A short cut-scene will play, and the patch will come loose. Pick it up.

Patch 2: Behind Snake at the very start of the Ground Zeroes mission, along the edge of the cliff.

Patch 3: Inside the prison area, just inside the gate on the ground to the right.

Patch 4: On the roof of the small guard hut directly visible from the exit/entrance to the prison area.

Patch 5: In the small fenced-off area near the start of the mission, on a mound of rubbish next to the prisoner about to be executed.

Patch 6: If you stick to the western side of the base, moving from the execution area towards the helipad area, you will find a set of transformers inside a wire fence. The patch is on top of the westernmost transformer.

Patch 7: In the center of the four helipads, by a blood stain on the ground just south of the large orange and white striped flag.

Patch 8: On the northern side of the helipad area, in a drainage ditch to the east of the main gate into the admin area.

Patch 9: Enter the admin area through the orange door to the right of the main gate. Climb onto the first transformer in the center of the area. From there, jump to the nearby roof. Pull yourself up and examine the air vent; the XOF Patch is attached to it.

Collecting all nine XOF patches earns you the achievement/trophy ‘Insignia’.
