Walkthrough
- 1Begin Stage 3-1. You can obtain the Fighter ability, but it is ineffective underwater. Instead, head right to find a Parasol Waddle Dee on a ship and acquire the Parasol ability for easier underwater combat.
- 2Proceed through the area, breaking the bomb block at the bottom right to advance.
- 3When you encounter the second Construcraken (a giant octopus enemy), jump onto the small pier to find Sticker #1.
- 4Return to the water and swim to the bottom right corner to find an open submarine. Enter it to access a secret room.
- 5Inside the secret room, you will find the second Smash Bros. ability and Sticker #2 hidden behind the left blocks.
- 6Exit the secret room and enter the door above.
- 7In the next room, you can choose between the Poison and Sword abilities, and pick up an item from Bandanna Waddle Dee.
- 8Head right to fight the mini-boss, Blocky.
- 9Blocky Attacks:
- Giant Slam: Blocky goes into the background, enlarges his head, and slams it down, creating two rocks that can be swallowed for the Stone ability. Bait and run.
- 10Rock'n'Roll: Blocky rolls across the screen 1-3 times. Jump or float above.
- 11Hop Slam: Blocky hops a couple of times then jumps and slams down, creating rocks at his sides that can be swallowed for the Stone ability. Run away and under him if needed.
- 12Jump Slam: Blocky jumps 1-3 times then slams down on the final jump, creating rocks at his sides that can be swallowed for the Stone ability. Run away and under him on the large jump if needed.
- 13Forward Dash: Blocky charges across the screen. Jump or float above.
- 14Invincible Guard: Blocky shines and turns invisible briefly.
- 15You can swallow Blocky to obtain the Stone ability.
- 16Jump into the cannon to be transported to the next room.
- 17Head down the slopes and stop at the third one. Float right to find food, then head down the ramp to find a bomb block. Break it to reveal Code Cube #1.
- 18Drop down and enter the submarine at the bottom to proceed to the next room.
- 19Hop up and break the bomb block to the left to reveal a Robobot armor. Jump inside.
- 20Take the Robobot armor right and scan a Flamer enemy to activate Fire Mode.
- 21Break a nearby large gray block to find a giant cannon. Carry it right to a dock and leave it there.
- 22Backtrack to the fuse sticking out of the ground, light it, and quickly run to the cannon and jump inside.
- 23You will be shot up through a gray block in the ceiling, collecting a 1-Up.
- 24Continue right, reveal a 3D Warpstar from behind a bomb block, then head into the background.
- 25Drop down, grab the cannon from the right spot, and place it in the left one.
- 26Light the fuse and jump in to be shot up to Code Cube #2.
- 27Enter the door nearby.
- 28Continue right, defeating any Construcrakens.
- 29Between the first two Construcrakens, there is a box containing Sticker #3.
- 30Keep going right until you see gray blocks. Break them with the Robobot armor, then dock it in the newly revealed dock.
- 31Go down into the water and take any of the pipes into the background.
- 32Swim left a bit to find Code Cube #3.
- 33Immediately swim up and out of the water, then jump over the metal crates to the left.
- 34Among the stacked crates, there is one wooden crate hiding the Rare Sticker for this level.
- 35Exit the stage by making your way back to the foreground and going all the way right to find the Stage Exit.
Tips
- The Parasol ability is highly recommended for this stage due to the prevalence of underwater sections.
- The Robobot armor's Fire Mode is useful for breaking large gray blocks.
- Pay attention to the cannon and fuse mechanics to access certain collectibles.
