As you reach the end of the rooftop, you'll notice a slope below and a horizontal pipe ahead. There will also be a large spotlight moving back and forth along the length of this small platform. As with previous spotlights, we'll be killed if it spots us.
Wait for the spotlight to reach the slope. As it heads back the other way, slide down the slope to the platform below and take up position in the shadow cast by the spotlight shining on the horizontal pipe.
On the far right of this platform, you'll see a wheel mechanism. This will lower the suspended cage located off the end of the platform. We need to keep an eye on the search light and when it goes to the left, quickly run over and turn the wheel clockwise once or twice before running back to the safety of the shadow beneath the pipe whilst avoiding the search light's search pattern. Keep doing this until the cage is lowered to roughly the same height as the platform.
When it is safe to do so, jump to the cage, run through it and hop to the next platform to the right.
As you reach this platform, you'll see another searchlight above, also performing sweeps of this area. Jump back to the suspended cage and wait for the searchlight to reach the edge of the platform. As it does and starts to move back in the opposite direction, hop across and follow after it, being sure to take up position in the shadow cast by the spotlight shining on the horizontal pipe above.
Once the spotlight heads back to the left, climb up onto the roof to the right and wait here a moment -there is a second searchlight ahead. As the second searchlight moves to the right, quickly run over and interact with the hatch on the floor to drop down into the room below.
Move to the right and when you reach the gap, jump down to the steel girder protruding from the right wall below. From here we can safely drop down to the next floor. Move to the left and use the chain here to climb all the way down.
Drop from the bottom of the chain into the train tunnel below.
