Leshy's cabin is a treasure trove of secrets. Beyond the main puzzles (safe, clock, drawers, painting), look for the following: the Caged Wolf (free it for a powerful card), the Stunted Wolf (solve its puzzle for a unique sigil), the Skull (interact with it for lore), and the Film Roll (crucial for the true ending). The Angler's Hook can also be used on other objects besides the fish. Experiment with items on different parts of the cabin.
