Alright, so we've talked about getting hyped for war, but now it's time to get real about what actually wins battles in Hearts of Iron IV. Forget fancy generals or having way more troops for a second – the real MVP here is logistics. Seriously, it's more important than all that other stuff combined.

Think of it this way: just like you learned how to exploit your enemy's weak supply lines, they can do the same to you. So, you've got to be super careful. Don't get greedy and push too deep into enemy territory unless you're absolutely sure your troops can keep getting supplies. You need to protect your own supply provinces like they're gold!

Also, when you're building up your armies, try not to make them all dependent on just one thing, especially oil. And for the love of all that is holy, don't even think about starting a war if you're running low on any of your industrial resources (IC). It's a recipe for disaster.

A big one: don't skimp on building convoys and investing in your industrial capacity for Transport Capacity (TC). It might seem boring, but it's the backbone of your entire war effort. Trust me on this – a well-supplied army of 30 divisions can absolutely crush a larger, but poorly supplied, army of 40 or even 50 divisions. Logistics win wars, plain and simple.
