Five Stones Document: Text on an old scroll about five stones. It speaks of giving thanks to the five gods' protection and placing the stone, representing the five mirrors, in the correct location.

Document on Binding: Text on an old scroll explaining how to tie ropes for a ritual. It states to show the maiden no mercy and cast the rope on her limbs from right arm, then the other, and from the right foot, then the other.

Strangling Ritual: Text on an old scroll describing the Strangling Ritual. It states that on the 13th day of the 12th month, a maiden, isolated for 3669 days, shall be torn apart to power the rope.

Priest's Manuals:

• Himuro Family Priest's Notes 1: Details that the gate is the entrance to the land of the dead. If the gate's seal fails, the Calamity will occur, and Malice will escape. The souls touched by Malice are bound to this world. Preventing the Calamity is the duty of the Himuro family.
• Himuro Family Priest's Notes 2: States that no document records the history of the gate in the mansion's basement. The Himuros have the duty of protecting the gate and performed the "Rope Ritual". Preventing the Calamity is their duty.
