Mini-Boss Fight: Veiled Priest
- Difficulty: Medium
- Recommended Films: Type-14 Films
- Attacks: The Veiled Priest attacks by striking with his rod or casting three fireballs. The fireballs persist for a limited time and require dodging and running to avoid.
- Strategy: The best defense is to stop him before he attacks. Aiming at him when he raises his rod will grant a Shutter Chance for a Zero Shot. Damage from blue fireballs is not significant.
- Attack Pattern: When he waves his rod, he is about to attack. Aiming at this moment provides a Shutter Chance for a Zero Shot.
- Stun and Teleport: After taking damage, he is stunned briefly and then teleports. He cannot be hit during this teleportation.
- Spotting Him: The Veiled Priest wears a black costume, making him difficult to spot in Finder Mode (a mode that uses the filament to detect ghosts). If he disappears, turn off Finder Mode and locate him by yourself. A glowing filament and a distorted area indicate his presence.
- Defeat: Repeat the strategy of aiming and shooting until he is defeated. Approximately four or five Zero Shots should be sufficient.
Tips
- Turn off Finder Mode if you have trouble spotting the Veiled Priest when he teleports.
- Utilize the Shutter Chance for Zero Shots when he prepares to attack.
