The Items menu in Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle is where you can view your collection of obtainable items. Upon entering this menu, you will find the following sub-menus:

Training Items will only show items you have obtained at least once. If you seem to be missing any items, ensure you have found them yourself.
Awakening Medals contain every medal you have acquired thus far. If you are missing medals, it means you have not found them yet.
Support Items contain all the items you have found, including those only obtainable from certain events.
Other is where items that cannot be classified under the other sub-menus are stored. An example of an item found here is the DB Saga Summon Ticket, which can only be won during the World Tournament event.
