Unique Evility: Fury

The Martial Artist’s Unique Evility is called Fury. It increases your attack power by 25% each time you counter-attack during a single turn. This boost caps at 100%, meaning four successful counter-attacks in one turn will grant the maximum damage increase. While effective, Fury is restricted to counter-attacks, making its activation dependent on enemy actions. However, certain abilities can force enemies to counter-attack, ensuring Fury can be utilized.

Common Evilities (Martial Artist)

• Grappler: Decrease damage taken from counter-attacks by 50%. Costs 100 Mana and uses 2 Slots.
• Retribution: Increase number of counter-attacks by 2. Costs 250 Mana and uses 3 Slots. (Note: The in-game description states 2%, but it is a flat increase of 2.)
• Blasting Fist: After attacking with a fist, decrease target’s defensive power by 10%. This effect lasts for 3 turns. Costs 1,000 Mana and uses 3 Slots.
• Counter Chance: Increase critical rate of counter-attacks by 50%. Costs 2,500 Mana and uses 4 Slots.
• Forced Counter: When attacking, force target unit to counter-attack. This can be used a maximum of 20 times. Costs 5,000 Mana and uses 5 Slots.

The Martial Artist’s Common Evilities can be very useful in the right circumstances, with most revolving around counter-attacking. The Forced Counter Evility is particularly valuable as it ensures enemies will counter-attack, allowing you to take advantage of other counter-attack-related Evilities.
