Episode 2 Section 3: Distribution Center Errands

Complete Death Stranding Director's Cut Order 7 to get the Chiral Printer Interface and unlock the Watchtower.

Walkthrough:

1. Take the Recovery: Chiral Printer Interface order (Order 7) and postpone the Collection: Chiral Crystals order (Order 8) until after Order 7 is finished.
2. Head up the hill behind the Distribution Center until you reach a cliff. You will automatically receive a PCC (Portable Chiral Constructor) to build a Watchtower.
3. If ladders or climbing anchors are not present, place a ladder. If a Watchtower is not already present from another player, place one using the PCC by pressing Down on the D-Pad while holding L2.
4. Locate the MULE postbox and proceed into MULE territory. Be aware of the three MULEs, two patrolling and one at the postbox.
5. To the south of the stream, use the tall grass or a cave system to approach the postbox.
6. Enter the cave system, scanning for a memory chip. Follow the longest route through the cave.
7. At the cave's exit, you will see a stream leading to the MULE postbox on your right.
8. Equip your Strand. Sneak up behind the MULE at the postbox, bind them using R2 when prompted, and then hack the postbox.
9. Take the Chiral Printer Interface and any other desired items. Return the way you came, using the cave system to avoid combat.
10. Upon completing Order 7, you will unlock Bridges Boots Level 1.
11. Now, take on Order 8: Collection: Chiral Crystals. The game provides a PCC, but building a Watchtower is optional.
12. Head east towards the designated search area. You will likely encounter Timefall and find chiral crystal formations.
13. Scan with your Odradek (a tool that detects nearby items and threats) and collect at least 1 cg of chiral crystals, though collecting up to 100 cg is easy.
