Walkthrough
- 1Construct a Blacksmith and a Marketplace. Hire Gnomes for construction and Rogues for exploration.
- 2Build a Warriors guild next to your Marketplace for defense.
- 3Consider a second Marketplace and an Inn for additional revenue. Build a Rangers Camp for extra firepower.
- 4Scout the map with Rangers and Rogues to find and destroy the Slave Pits, which are guarded by weak enemies.
- 5Take out Houses and Trading Posts, but do not protect them as they are often targets for wandering enemies.
- 6After destroying the second Slave Pit, prepare for an attack of Rats and Ratmen on your Palace. Recall Warriors and use Attack Flags to clear them.
- 7Destroy the remaining two Slave Pits. Each destruction grants new Heroes (Paladins, Healers, Warriors of Discord, Priestesses, Gnomes).
- 8Url Shekk will appear after the final Slave Pit is destroyed. Use surviving Paladins and Warriors of Discord to fight him. Use Call to Arms if he approaches your kingdom.
- 9Defeat Url Shekk to complete the mission.
Tips
- You start with 8,000 gold and receive an additional 4,000 gold from a "neighboring kingdom" during the first few days.
- You are unable to build Dwarven Settlement or Elven Bungalow.
- Do not attempt to destroy Gnome Hovels; they respawn (be brought back to life at a checkpoint after death) too quickly.
- You will gain new Heroes after destroying each Slave Pit, including Paladins and Warriors of Discord, which are effective against Url Shekk.
- Url Shekk can be dangerous for Ranged Heroes; Melee units are better for direct confrontation.
- Rogues and Rangers may be killed by Url Shekk if they confront him without support.
