Ultimate Showdown! Dracula and Death!! [wa16]

Master the ultimate boss battle against Dracula and Death in Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. Learn strategies, weaknesses, and attack patterns to achieve victory and the good ending.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Dracula & Death (Combined): HP: 6666, Weak Against: Holy
• True Dracula: HP: 6666, Weak Against: Fire, Slash

Phases:

1. Dracula & Death: Death flies around, attacking with his scythe. Dracula uses flame attacks and summons bats. They share a health bar.
2. True Dracula: A more powerful form of Dracula. He summons spiked walls, falling flames, and a powerful beam attack. Charlotte may be summoned to assist.

Strategy:

• Vs. Dracula & Death: Use the Bible and Vampire Killer. The Bible is especially effective when mastered, creating a damaging aura. Dodge Death's scythe by moving to the sides. Jump over Dracula's flames or use the Vampire Killer to dispel them. Avoid his unbreakable beams by jumping. If bats are summoned, ascend to the top of the room using the Griffon Wing until they are gone. Break Death's small scythes before they transform into beams. Focus attacks on Death as he is more frequently visible.
• Vs. True Dracula: Continue using the Bible and Vampire Killer. When True Dracula summons spiked walls, summon Charlotte to help damage them. Use the Bible and Vampire Killer, including critical attacks, to destroy the walls quickly. If flames fall from the floor, move to the safe zones on the left and right. Slide under him to avoid his dash attack. Run and jump to the upper corners to evade his black and red beam attack.

Upon defeating True Dracula, you will witness the good ending. If Vincent was not cured, the ending will differ slightly. After the credits and save, you can continue playing in your current save, start a new game in Hard Mode, Jonathan Mode, Richter Mode, Sisters Mode, or begin a New Game+ by selecting the 'CLEAR' icon.
