In DMZ mode, eliminating High-Value Targets (HVTs) is a common Faction Mission objective. HVTs are often heavily armored, surrounded by elite guards, and can call for reinforcements. They drop valuable loot, including weapon blueprints and high-tier items. Approaching an HVT requires careful planning, reconnaissance, and often a coordinated team effort.

Strategy: DMZ HVT Elimination

• Reconnaissance: Use a Recon Drone or Tactical Camera to scout the HVT's location and surrounding patrols.
• Clear Support: Eliminate the HVT's bodyguards first to reduce incoming fire. Prioritize snipers or heavy gunners.
• Utilize Killstreaks: If you have a Precision Airstrike or Cluster Mine, they can be devastating against an HVT and their entourage.
• Explosives & Armor Piercing Rounds: HVTs often wear armor. Use armor-piercing ammo or explosives to quickly break their plates.
