The "To Arms!" side mission in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel involves turning in weapons to a dead drop, dealing with bandits who steal them, and helping out the People's Liberation Army (PLA). You'll also get involved in a family dispute and defend the donation center from an attack.

Walkthrough:

1. Weapon Thieves (10 guns): Once you've deposited a total of 10 weapons at the dead drop, you'll discover that bandits have stolen them. Head outside, grab a vehicle, and drive to the markers on your map. You'll encounter enemy vehicles; destroy them and collect six crates they drop. Return these crates to the dead drop spot.

2. Helping Out (20 guns): After turning in 20 weapons, you'll be tasked with checking on some PLA members who went off to fight. This path leads to Crisis Scar, where you'll find the team has been wiped out. The PLA member wants you to recover their weapons from Scavs. Keep killing Scavs and collecting the mission items until you have 10, then return them to the drop spot.

3. Family Dispute (30 guns): Papa Crust asks you to investigate a dispute among the Pot triplets. Go to their location, listen to their argument, and then choose a side. Approach one of the triplets and interact with them to make your choice. Immediately after, the other two triplets will attack. Defeat them to complete this part of the mission.

4. Unwanted Attention (40 guns): Your actions helping the PLA have attracted the attention of a local gang, and they're heading to attack the donation center. Go outside and prepare for an incoming wave of Scavs, who will be around level 12. Eliminate all of them to finish this objective.

5. Revolution Coming (50 guns): Papa Crust informs you that your hard work has paid off and sends you coordinates to witness the revolution. Travel to Concordia. You'll discover that the
