    Follow the Joker through the Intensive Treatment Lobby, watching for command prompts to learn controls.

    In the Holding Cells, defeat three enemies, then four more. Utilize strikes, counters, and ground takedowns.

    After regaining control, open the vent on the south wall, then the vent on the north wall. Crouch (press R2) to crawl through.

    Glide to the next platform to rescue a convict. Follow instructions to find the power box for the fan system and hit it with a Batarang to clear the gas.

Riddler Trophy Locations:

  • Intensive Treatment Lobby: Open the vent near where Commissioner Gordon is.
  • Patient Pacification Chamber: Open the vent on the south wall, then the vent on the north wall. Crouch (press R2) to crawl through. The trophy is at the end of the vent.
  • Decontamination: On the east side of the room, in the middle alcove, crouch (press X) and enter the floor vents.
  • Secure Treatment Transfer: In the other small office in this room, accessible after the guard lowers the barriers.

Joker Teeth Locations:

  • Holding Cells: Three in the office north of the cells. Use a Batarang on each.
  • Processing Corridor: A set right in front of you, and another near the henchmen further down the hallway.
  • Processing Corridor: Three more just up the hallway.
  • Decontamination: Three in this room: one near the power box, and two back near the entrance.
  • Transfer Loop: One right in front of you, and a second at the end of your path in this room.
  • Secure Transit: One set near the electric gate.
