Check Affection: Head to the Dockyard and look at the ship you want to Oath. You'll see a heart icon next to her name. Make sure it's at 100! 2. The Oath Menu: If you click that heart icon on her stats page, you'll see the Oath menu. If she's not at 100 Affection, it'll show you how close you are (like Ajax in the example, who's at 90). 3. The Big Moment: Once you have a Ring of Promise and your chosen ship has max Affection, that heart icon will light up. Tap it, and you'll get a confirmation screen.
