This Galaxy is populated by interacting with other Virtual Treasure Users via Tmail. The first entry is your Tmail ID, while subsequent entries (02-30) are Random Tmail IDs that differ for each player. To collect these, you need to be active on the Treasure World Website, make friends, and exchange Friend Codes to get more Unibits.

Club Treasure World (CLUTW)
To join Club Treasure World, you must first agree to their rules: Respect Other Members, Never reveal personal information, No inappropriate content, Report rule breakers, and do not post Copyright protected material.
During sign-up, you'll be asked for a 16-digit Tmail Registration Code, but you won't receive this until after becoming a member. Ignore this field initially. After verifying your membership via email, sign into the Tmail service and tick the nodding face to receive your Tmail Registration Code. Record this code.
Close the Tmail screen on your DS and reopen it, then select Webcopy to transfer your information to the site. You can only link your Tmail to your site login after this Webcopy process. If you encounter an error on the site, it means you haven't yet Webcopied your information.
Once Webcopied, return to the site, tick the relevant link, and enter your Tmail Registration Code to transfer your stats.
Treasure Keys collected in the game can be used on the Club Treasure World website in the 'My World' section to claim downloadable prizes like wallpaper.
