The Vortex is a central element in Windblown, representing a constant threat and a source of mystery. This guide details the quests and objectives related to understanding and interacting with the Vortex.

Quests:

1. Fix Frend Quest: This quest begins after your first return to The Ark. Objectives include talking to Eperin, unlocking the heal flask, visiting Cuprik, finding FREND-43V3R in Golem Gardens, retrieving the Ventricore from BF-43V3R's mechanical claw, returning the Ventricore to FREND-43V3R, and finally reporting to Eperin. Completing this quest makes you a Grunt.
2. Rescue Sigourney Quest: This quest starts after completing the Fix Frend Quest. Objectives involve exploring the Vortex Ring for survivors and Encrypted Memories, heading to the Factory biome, rescuing Sigourney by clearing Bunkers around her, returning to The Ark, and speaking with both Eperin and Sigourney. Sigourney can be found at the top of the weather station to the north.
