Match Phases

The core gameplay loop in Valorant revolves around three primary phases:

• Buy Phase: This is the initial phase of each round where players spend their Creds (in-game currency) on weapons, armor, abilities, and shields. Strategic purchasing based on team economy and enemy intel is key.
• Action Phase: This is the main combat phase where teams execute their strategies, attack or defend sites, and engage in gunfights. The objective is to eliminate the enemy team or complete/defend the objective (planting/defusing the Spike).
